GENUINE

What's the difference between digital signatures and fingerprints?

One advantage of signatures over fingerprints is that the association between you and the signed document is contained in the signature itself. With fingerprints, this association has to be maintained by GenuineDoc. Verification is performed via GenuineDoc in both cases.

Also, digital signatures are legally binding in the U.S. according to the E-Sign Act, and in many other countries. Click here to read HTML version of E-Sign Act.
